Software Release - December 2012

Trinnos Technology is continuously working to improve and update our system. Below are the latest software updates that will be released into your application soon.

Collections and Aging Reports
We have updated the collections reports to match the QuickBooks aging reports. This primarily impacts the number displayed for the age of the invoices. Previously, we were showing the number of days since the invoice was created. This number will now reflect the number of days the invoice has aged past the due date. So when you see 0 in the aging report for a customer that means that the invoice is not past the due date based on the customer’s payment terms.

This change will also impact the way we display the customer statement to reflect current invoices and past due invoices.

CSA Integration
CSA has been fully integrated into Trinnos Edge. We are collecting and updating carrier information including insurance and safety information provided by CSA and the associated agencies. All this information is made available within Trinnos Edge. You will find that the CSA BASIC alerts are visible and current throughout Trinnos Edge. MC Numbers are required to make sure the information is visible.

Trinnos Edge's Dispute Log

Staying true to Trinnos Technology’s mission of assisting customers with technology that will bring value to their organization, the TRINNOS EDGE freight broker software DISPUTE LOG feature has been receiving positive reviews from customers since its release.

The DISPUTE LOG allows brokers to easily manage any pricing issues that arise with customers and carriers concerning a shipment. This helps brokers keep track and resolve any issues before payments are made. Also, by customizing the types of disputes, brokers will be able to pinpoint reoccurrences of similar disputes from a particular carrier. Universal Search


We are happy to announce that the UNIVERSAL SEARCH has been improved and is live. It is available on ALL pages in Trinnos Edge and not just the HOME page. The UNIVERSAL SEARCH will eventually replace the current Advanced Search feature located on the Home page.


WHAT IS DOES
The Universal Search offers the ability to search virtually all data contained in a shipment and/or customer profile. All information that was searchable in the Advanced Search section is available to search from the Universal Search tool. In addition, the new tool gives the end user the ability to search multiple items at the same time.
